We have some announcements for this upcoming weekend. Remembrance Day is this Sunday and we have some timings for everyone.
The Legion has a breakfast buffet from 7:00 am – 9:00 am. The breakfast buffet costs $10.00 per person.
A bus will be arriving at the Legion at 8:30 am to take people to the Esplanade for the Ceremony. Please be there prior so nobody is left behind.
After the Ceremony at the Esplanade, if you are marching in the parade, we will be forming up on the street and marching to the Cenotaph.
After the parade, we will be marching back to the Legion, where there will be a lunch special of Pizza and Caesar Salad from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The Lunch special is $5.00.
There is also a Music Tribute event going on at the Esplanade to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of The Armistice of World War One. This event starts at 2:00 pm.
